Bianca Welikson, Ph.D. is a Research Protocol Manager for the Institute for Fostering Resilience project, a partnership between the Center on Trauma and Children and Pediatric Forensic Medicine. She received her Doctorate in Psychological Science from the University of Louisville in 2026 and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from PUC-Rio de Janeiro in 2009. Bianca has over a decade of experience, working with clinical and school psychology in Brazil. She provided support to school communities, children, and families, as well as served in private practice. For the past 6 years, Bianca has dedicated her time to research, investigating the impact of trauma on parent-child speech interaction and effective ways to improve family well-being.
