Laura McCullough-Santana, Ph.D.- is a training specialist with the several of CTAC’s systems transformation projects. She earned her Ph.D from the University of Virginia in Education with a specialization in emotional and behavioral disorders/learning disabilities. She was a statewide trainer consultant and behavioral specialist for the Kentucky Department of Education for over 25 years. She serves as a consultant to schools throughout the state who are working to become trauma informed, and as trainer for the AWARE grant, and other school-based transformation projects.
