Megan Kohler, MSW, LCSW, is a clinician at the Center on Trauma and Children, providing in-depth assessments for at-risk families. Megan completed the Clinical Social Work graduate program at the University of Kentucky in 2014, and previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Interdisciplinary Studies at Antioch College. Megan has worked in the field of trauma treatment and abuse intervention for over 10 years, with an emphasis on child sexual abuse and family violence. Megan’s academic areas of interest include high-risk child maltreatment, trauma-informed intervention and treatment of sexual abuse, preparing victims for court, and promoting healthy attachment for children of domestic violence survivors.
