Dr. Sprang is a professor of psychiatry in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and is the Executive Director of the University of Kentucky Center on Trauma and Children (CTAC). She is also the principal investigator of the Secondary Traumatic Stress Innovations and Solutions Center at CTAC.
