Healthcare professionals are experiencing grief and loss related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Consequences of this pandemic for healthcare workers include increased psychological stress and increased risk for burnout and secondary traumatic stress. Dr. Tracy Clemans helps raise our awareness of the signs of unaddressed or cumulative grief and provides tips for coping during these challenging times.
