Dr. Scott LaJoie helps us understand how COVID-19 has led to disruptions in sleep for many healthcare professionals. This podcast helps us better understand how disruptions in our sleep can affect our physical, psychological and cognitive functioning and provides tips for improving our sleep health. Dr. LaJoie is a behavioral scientist and professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Louisville.
