National Secondary Traumatic Stress Breakthrough Series Collaborative

The Secondary Traumatic Stress Innovations and Solutions Center (STS-ISC) at the University of Kentucky Center on Trauma and Children is now accepting for applications for the Secondary Traumatic Stress Breakthrough Series Collaborative (STS-BSC).  The Breakthrough Series Collaborative (BSC) is a unique quality improvement and implementation collaborative that will take place over several months.  Participating teams will make changes in their practices, policies, and environments to respond to staff trauma and promote staff wellness.  The STS-ISC has provided the STS-BSC experience for dozens of organizations, and this opportunity typically only comes around once a year at this time.  Interested teams should be committed to attending all sessions with all team members present, have senior leader support, and be willing to test and adapt strategies in the workplace to positively impact STS at your organization.  Follow the link for more information: https://ctac.uky.edu/events/national-secondary-traumatic-stress-breakthrough-series-collaborative-sts-bsc
