This training is focused on the types of trauma children and adults may be exposed to; the impact of trauma exposure on the developing brain and the subsequent impact on cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning; and signs and symptoms of traumatic stress and how it may manifest in a variety of settings.

Participants have the opportunity to practice application of an array of trauma-informed approaches to build resilience and reduce traumatic stress symptoms. Participants are guided to identify trauma informed practices they can utilize in their workplaces.

This three hour training event will be repeated several times and is free for participants. All sessions are held live via zoom. See options and registration below.  These events are sponsored by Aetna Better Health of Kentucky.
