Welcome to the newly released module, “Trauma, Stress and Caregiver Well-Being”.  This is a highly interactive workshop that provides case examples, activities and discussions to engage the audience in reflection on this topic. Please use the link below to download a copy of the Participant’s Manual.  It is designed to allow you to directly type notes into it and save them to your computer, or you can print it and take handwritten notes.

PTSD Coach App: developed by the Veteran’s Affairs National Center for PTSD and the Department of Defense's DHA Connected Health: The PTSD Coach app can help you learn about and manage symptoms that often occur after trauma. Features include tools for screening and tracking your symptoms, convenient, easy-to-use tools to help you handle stress symptoms, and direct links to support and help.
